We look to amaze the customer with every order we send out. As our new Logistics Coordinator, you will be the point of contact for Tobii Dynavox's logistics needs, ensuring our products get to our customers in the most efficient way possible.

You will be picking and packing shipments for our internal stakeholders and customers and be part of our diverse Fulfillment and Logistics team, where being a team player and a customer-focused mindset is essential.

Please Note: This is an onsite role at our warehouse and office, which is located in Stockholm City. Therefore, we welcome candidates who are within commuting distance in the Stockholm region.

Key Responsibilities:

Your days will include various warehouse activities and order fulfillment tasks such as:

• Processing customer orders placed in the system.
• Picking, packing and sending products to our customers across the world.
• Supporting our business units with their shipment needs.
• Collaborating to continuously improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Keeping documentation up to date with accurate records of all logistics activities.
• Keeping the working area clean and to 5S and lean standards.
• Addressing freight & distribution questions as needed.

Please note: If you have a certification to operate an electric pallet pump/loader or knowledge of ISO requirements, we encourage you to communicate them in your application!

We are looking for a team member who can bring:

• 2 to 5 years of experience in Logistics roles or similar roless in Operations.
• Knowledge of importing and exporting procedures across Europe and Asia Pacific regions.
• Familiarity with ERP and/or order handling systems (Microsoft Dynamics and/or Visma).
• Fluency in both written and spoken English in professional setting.
• Excellent organization and problem-solving skills.
